Grilled Chicken: Grilled breast meat & field greens with a parsley vinaigrette.

Roast Beef: Shaved rare beef, field greens & tomato with a horseradish/roasted garlic aioli.

Jo's Deli: Hard salami, cappacola, smoked turkey, provolone & shredded lettuce.

Tuna: Albacore Tuna with capers, shredded onions & tomato with a lemon parsley aioli.

Hot Pepper Beef: Thinly sliced rare roast beef, provolone cheese with sweet pickled peppers.

BBQ Pulled Pork: Pulled pork, Jo's BBQ sauce & chow chow on a bun.

Vegetarian BBQ: Same as above, but with wheat roast for our meatless friends.
